My mission starts with a problem. The problem is, schools are doing it all wrong. Sorry. Our school system sets children and adults up to fail with ridiculous behaviorist systems that focus on control over connection. My mission is flip the script. Tear it down and start again. Transform classroom cultures one at a time to ensure EVERY single child succeeds. No matter what. And my educators? I want you to feel confident, I want to to be equipped with the knowledge University didn’t give us about behaviour. I want you to spend more time ENJOYING teaching and loving the profession.
